So, similar to the main breaker box of a house, if one or more of these wires (AKA: nerves) starts malfunctioning, then the "lights" in that particular room start blinking OR they simply turn OFF. Big breakers can get turned off in the BRAIN STEM or smaller nerves can stop firing for whatever reason which causes a malfunction in the communication systems of power in your body. Spinal Decompression Bulging discs, herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, pinched nerves, sciatica, and arm pain or leg pain can often be attributed to your spine asserting pressure on your discs. Poor posture, bad body mechanics, repetitive stress and acute injury can cause your vertebra to compress your discs or to slip out of alignment which then applies pressure to your discs. |

4. My Posture Techniques I also teach very specific postures that no one else teaches. You can't read about these in a textbook because I developed them. These postural techniques are what I believe to be the best things to do on a daily basis to keep your DISCs OFF YOUR NERVE. |

5. Manual Manipulation I rarely do any manual spinal manipulation anymore. This only happens if it is absolutely necessary to HELP you. |

6. Nutritional Guidance and Recommendations I spend a great deal of time on this with people because WHAT YOU PUT INTO YOUR BODY determines how well your body RUNS each day. An analogy to this is if you put DIRT in your car's gas tank, expect your car to SPUTTER down the street and eventually damage the engine permanently. |

7. Active Release Techniques This is a technique that I was trained in over 12 years ago. I use it when a particular muscle has an excessive amount of SCAR TISSUE. This technique breaks up this scar tissue and allows the muscle to stop shortening. |
