Do my "Crazy Exercise" every Day at least 5 times for 15 seconds each time
- This simple exercise involves walking or jogging
in place while TALKING.
- I developed this exercise and appropriately nicknamed it, the "Crazy Exercise" because people will look at you like you are crazy if you do it in public. So, make sure to do this exercise behind private doors or talk and walk/jog with a friend.
- Make sure to move your arms and your legs while simultaneously reciting the alphabet or counting or singing your favorite song.
- I have too many physiological reasons to mention
for doing this exercise. Just trust me, and do it.
You will reap many health benefits. . . just ask
anyone in martial arts who yells every time they
punch or kick!
