Take a ProBiotic 10-30 minutes after breakfast AND/OR dinner each day

  • Probiotics help to replenish very valuable
    GOOD BACTERIA that is present in our colon.
    Maintaining normal amounts of this GOOD BACTERIA helps you maintain the delicate microbial balance in our body. They play an important role in the promoting a healthy digestive process and immune function.

  • Among the potential health benefits of probiotics are: beneficial effect on intestinal microbial balance, prevention of intestinal tract infection, reduction of lactose intolerance, reduction of inflammatory and allergic reactions, regulation of gut motility, and beneficial effect in infections (uro-genital, H. pylori). Furthermore, Lactobacillus strains of bacteria synthesize many of the essential B-vitamins in the gut that are available to the host. Search the local health food store or the internet for probiotic or you can e-mail me for my personal recommendation.

  • If you cannot afford a probiotic, then simply buy a purely natural YOGURT. Make sure that it DOES NOT say LOW SUGAR or NO SUGAR ADDED or LESS SUGAR. This won't fully replenish all the good bacteria in your colon, but it will certainly help to some degree.
