Do any of the following to help your body
get rid of trash each day:
- Get some sunlight because it is well known that our bodies benefit tremendously controlled amounts of the sun's rays. Vitamin D production and body detoxification are just a couple of its main benefits.
- Take a 15-30 minute HOT BATH with 1 cup of EPSOM SALT or SEA SALT.
- Get a SAUNA installed in your home and use it several times per week. Search the internet for home saunas or you can e-mail me for my personal recommendation.
- Get some DETOX PADS and place them on the bottom of your feet each night. Search the internet for detox foot pads or you can e-mail me for my personal recommendation.
