Do something each day
that makes your body DETOXIFY
or get rid of TRASH

Do any of the following to help your body
get rid of trash each day:

  • Get some sunlight because it is well known that our bodies benefit tremendously controlled amounts of the sun's rays. Vitamin D production and body detoxification are just a couple of its main benefits.
    *If you sweat or perspire during your time in the sun, be sure to bring a towel or cloth to wipe excess perspiration off of your skin. You can also take a shower or bath immediately following your time in the sun.
    *My reasoning for this is that toxins are being released from your body (detoxification) when you perspire. You need to get these toxins off of your skin so that they don't damage your skin.


  • Take a 15-30 minute HOT BATH with 1 cup of EPSOM SALT or SEA SALT.

  • Get a SAUNA installed in your home and use it several times per week. Search the internet for home saunas or you can e-mail me for my personal recommendation.

  • Get some DETOX PADS and place them on the bottom of your feet each night. Search the internet for detox foot pads or you can e-mail me for my personal recommendation.
